Rick & Bubba's Guide to the Almost Nearly Perfect Marriage

When I first picked up this book I wasn't so sure about it. Just reading the title seemed a little on the goofy side but as I started reading the first few pages I was laughing and nodding in affirmation. I wasn't very familiar with Rick Burgess and Bill "Bubba" Bussey who evidently have a radio talk show that is quite famous. These two men co-wrote this hilariously funny book with comments intertwined into the chapters by their wives. I found myself reading excerpts to my husband and then we would talk about how familiar that was or "Remember the one time when we did that..." As an added bonus this book comes with a disc in the back of Rick and Bubba's The Best of the Book of Blame. Once you start reading this book and you get to the chapter on the Book of Blame you will understand this disk.
If you need a laugh, some marriage counseling with a little Christian views mixed in or if you just need a gift for that wedding you are going to next month, this book is a great read.
